This website is the business card of LawRent. Below we explain what data reaches us and other companies when you use it. Last updated 26.10.2026.

Phone and e-mail enquiries

When you call or write to us, we process the data you give us (e.g. name, phone number, e-mail address, details of the job) to reply and to provide the service or rental (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and afterwards for as long as tax law requires and until any claims expire (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR). The website has no contact form.

Cookies

pll_language: remembers the language you chose (PL, EN, DE), valid for up to one year. It is needed for the language switcher to work.
WordPress login cookies only concern the people who administer the site.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies and we do not track visitors.

Google Calendar

The section with available dates contains an embedded Google Calendar. When you view it, your browser connects to the servers of Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which receive your IP address among other data and may set their own cookies. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework. Details: Google Privacy Policy.

Links to Facebook and Google Maps

The Facebook and “Get directions” buttons are plain links. Until you click them, the website does not connect to Facebook or Google Maps.

Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a server operated by CORMO. Like every server, it keeps technical logs of visits (IP address, time, page address, browser type). They are used for security and deleted after a few weeks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to lawrent.mm@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warszawa) or the authority in your country.

We do not make automated decisions and do not profile visitors.
